Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify or cancel an order. Here are the terms and conditions for cancellations:
Request Retraction Before Shipment:
If you decide to cancel an order, we kindly ask that you do so promptly.
We will issue an immediate refund if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will process the return of the items and issue a refund to your credit card.
Cancellation of an Order After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, you must return the items to us for a refund. Please check our Return Policy for additional information.
Partial Cancellations:
If you want to cancel only some items from your order while keeping others, please contact our customer service team. If the items have not shipped, we will cancel and refund the payment for the specific item(s). If already shipped, you must return the item(s) to receive a refund.
Cancellation of Pre-Orders:
Pre-ordered items can be canceled up until they are shipped. If already shipped, you must return the item for a refund. Contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate a cancellation.
Please note: Cancellation of shipped orders may incur a restocking fee. We strive to process cancellations promptly and will notify you via email once your cancellation request is processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
